1.Register and Activate BSNL WINGS
Tap on ‘WINGS SERVICE BOOKING‘
It will open new page @ https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/Wings/Login.do
(This page can be fetched from BSNL self-care portal also.)
Select State, Enter Mobile Number (Customer Contact Mobile Number) and click on ‘Verify Mobile Number’
Enter OTP and Click on ‘Verify OTP and Submit’
Enter Aadhar Number (UID) and Click on ‘Send OTP‘

Enter OTP got on your Aadhar linked mobile number and click on ‘Verify and Submit‘
Select Wings Mobile Number
Search and Select your Wings Number and Click on ‘Select Number’
Select/Fill up every single significant field set apart with * and click ‘Next’
Check your details and click on ‘Confirm and Pay’
Select the method of payment and make payment
Subsequent to getting SMS with 16 digit PIN for WINGS Service Activation, visit NGN Customer Portal @ http://ngn.bsnl.co.in
Tap on ‘Create account in NGN portal’
Enter your email address, select a username and secret key and click on ‘Sign Up’

You will get your username and secret key for NGN Customer Portal through email
Log in with your username and secret key in NGN Customer Portal
Tap on ‘Activation’ under the WINGS/LFMT tab
Enter 16 digit PIN got on your mobile number and click on ‘Next’
Make a secret key for WINGS Service
The username will be your WINGS Number prefixed with +91
Tap on ‘Download and Configure Grand Stream Wave App’
Connection to download GS Wave VoIP App for Android and IOS is given.
Download the VoIP App on your mobile/ tablet.
2. Setting up GS Wave App for BSNL WINGS SERVICE
GS Wave app can be used as a BSNL Wings App for mobile.
Open GS Wave App and Click on ‘Settings’
Tap on ‘SIP Account’
Give Account Name: BSNL

SIP Server : kl.voip.ims.bsnl.in (Here ‘kl’ denotes Kerala circle.For Customers in other telecom circles, simply observe the VoIP server points of interest showed in NGN Customer Portal)
SIP User ID: +91 followed by WINGS Mobile number (Example: +919188990000)
SIP Authentication ID: +91 taken after by WINGS Mobile number (Example: +919188990000)
PASSWORD: Enter the password given in NGN Customer Portal after entering 16 digit PIN
In Network Settings → Set Outbound Proxy : 126.96.36.199:80 or kl.voip.ims.bsnl.in:80
After entering all details, tap on the tic check and finish the SIP Account Addition process
You can see another SIP account ‘BSNL’ in Green shading.
Presently your BSNL WINGS Number is configured and you can make and get calls through GS Wave App.
