You can check out if there are 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G towers nearby using the Tarang Sanchar portal https://tarangsanchar.gov.in/emfportal.
On this website, pick the My Location option from the home page.
Before clicking this, make sure the GPS on your smartphone, personal computer, or tablet is switched on.
After you select My Location, enter your name, email address, cellphone number, and captcha on the screen that appears.
Then, click to get OTP by email.
After you input the OTP you got in the mail, you will be able to view a map.
This map shows all local mobile phone towers based on your GPS position.
Click on the tower locations on the map to learn which firm owns them and what network they are on (2G/3G/4G/5G).
Many people are moving to BSNL when other private mobile phone providers raise tariff costs in early July 2024.
At the same time, BSNL is working on the installation of 4G towers. BSNL offers data bundles at lower costs than commercial competitors.
