Many sites, including an earlier version of this page, called the October 7 date confirmed. I’d rather be careful. Treat October 8 as certain and October 7 as very likely.
How Long Will the Sale Run?

A big “% off” tag means little. The “original price” is often inflated. Here is a simple check.
